Do you work in my country?
Most likely yes. The site detects your region by IP and shows a version for your country. We work in 167 countries — request logistics for your country; door delivery is via our representatives.
Minimum order?
From 2000 yuan (each product has its own).
Is prepayment required?
Goods — 100% prepayment. Logistics — on receipt of the goods.
Delivery times?
A manager will confirm.
How to pay?
Any method except PayPal: bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat — by contract.
Do you check quality?
Yes. We inspect goods at our warehouses in China by an agreed volume and sample; we upload a photo and video report to your account. Defects we find are replaced at the factory before shipment; the claims procedure is set in the contract.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, samples are available to order and ship. The sample and its delivery are paid by the customer.
