Delivery Times, Inspection and Insurance

We do not write "no claims accepted". We name who is responsible at each stage and how compensation works.

Before shipment, we are responsible. Every batch is inspected at our warehouse in China. The buyer receives a report with photos and video before the cargo leaves. Any issue is resolved at this stage, while the goods are still in China and it costs nothing.

In transit, the carrier is responsible. Cargo insurance exists for this. We deal with the carrier and the insurer ourselves and do not involve the buyer.

For product quality, the factory is responsible. If a defect is proven, we compensate — usually by adding replacement units to the next shipment, because shipping goods back to China costs more than the goods themselves.

Order processing is included: 3 to 5 business days from confirmed payment to handover to the carrier.

Shipping cost is calculated on gross weight and volumetric weight — whichever is greater. Use the volumetric weight calculator on the site.

Included in the price, not charged separately.

We recount quantities per line item, open a sample of cartons, check completeness and appearance, take photos and video, and send the report to the buyer. Shipment proceeds after the buyer confirms.

Insurance is offered for every shipment. The buyer decides whether to take it.

The rate is 1% to 4% of the goods value, depending on the order amount. The exact rate is quoted during order calculation.

If the cargo is insured, damage or loss in transit is compensated through the insurer. If the buyer declines insurance, transit risk remains with the buyer — a deliberate choice, recorded in the order confirmation.

Every shipment includes an invoice, a packing list and a transport waybill. Certificates are provided on request before the order is placed.

Customs clearance in the destination country is handled by the buyer or their broker. Destination duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
