You can buy China toys wholesale online without a trip, a trade show or a quote by email. The catalogue behind this page is open without registration: 385,341 items from 5,233 factories, the price published per piece and per carton, the carton quantity stated, the factory named on the card. The minimum is one factory carton of one model; minimum order total 2,000 CNY (≈ $313). The minimum is not our rule: it is the size of the factory carton, and it differs from model to model — from a dozen pieces to several hundred on the same page. We buy from the factories, bring everything into one shipment, check the batch in China before it travels, and ship to 72 destinations.

«Online» covers two very different things, and the difference is what surprises people on the first order.

On a marketplace you are online with a directory. Every listing is a separate seller, every price is a starting position, and ten models from ten factories is ten negotiations, ten payments and ten parcels. On a catalogue you are online with a shop: the price is the price, and one order is one shipment.

Both are legitimate. It is worth knowing which one you are on before you plan the order.

The distinction

A Directory Is Not a Shop

A marketplace is a directory of sellers. It is very good at showing you that a product exists and roughly what it costs, and that is a real service. What it does not do is sell you the product: each listing hands you off to a separate company, and the work of agreeing a price, agreeing a minimum, paying and receiving happens once per company.

Ten models from ten factories on a directory is ten of everything. The same ten models here is one order, one payment and one shipment, because the buying from the factories is our side of the line.

What you see

The Price on the Card Is the Price

Every card carries the price per piece and the price per carton, with the carton quantity stated. There is no hidden margin between the two numbers and no third number at checkout.

Measured across the catalogue: median ¥9.30 a piece, 52% of items under ¥10, 92% under ¥50. Median carton 84 pieces. That makes a test carton of a median item roughly ¥795 — about $124 — which is what a first order actually costs to find out whether something sells.

Before you pay

Four Things You Can Check Without Trusting Anyone

Is the price published, per piece and per carton? «Price on request» means the price depends on who is asking.

Is the factory named on the card? A seller who will not say who made it is usually reselling, and the margin is already in the number.

Is the certificate field empty when nothing was supplied? A borrowed test report on every product is worse than no report at all, because it looks like an answer.

Is the carton quantity stated? Without it the per-piece price tells you nothing about what the order weighs or costs to ship.

We publish all four because they are the four we would check.

After the order

One Shipment, Inspected Before It Travels

We buy from the factories, bring the goods to one warehouse, and check the batch line by line with photo and video before the cartons are taped. What is wrong goes back to the factory while it is still in China, which is the only place a problem is cheap to fix.

Then it ships: air 1–15 days, rail 12–25 where a rail link exists, sea 2–45, with ranges published for the 62 destinations. Volumetric weight matters more than most people expect — inflatable goods run 2.61 times their real weight on air freight against 1.09 for keychains, and that is worth knowing before the mode is chosen.

The first order

Start Broad, Not Deep

The catalogue is open without registration — open it, pick models, and the price and carton size are on every card. Because the minimum is one carton per model, order total from 2,000 CNY, twenty models at one carton each is a valid order, and for a first order that shape tells you far more than three cartons of one thing.

If your range spans different clusters, the wholesale markets page explains what each Chinese toy cluster is actually for.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I really buy toys wholesale from China online?
Yes, and without registering to see prices. The catalogue holds 385,341 items from 5,233 factories with the price published per piece and per carton, the carton quantity stated and the factory named on each card. Pick models, we buy from the factories, consolidate into one shipment, inspect the batch in China with photo and video, and ship to 72 destinations.
What is the difference between this and a marketplace?
On a marketplace each listing is a separate seller: the price is an opening position, the minimum is whatever that seller says today, and ten models from ten factories means ten negotiations, ten payments and ten parcels. Here the price is fixed and published, the minimum is one carton per model, and the ten models arrive as one shipment with one inspection.
What is the minimum order online?
One factory carton of one model, and a minimum order total of 2,000 CNY (≈ $313). Twenty models at one carton each is a valid order. The median carton in our catalogue is 84 pieces; the common sizes are 24, 36, 48, 72, 96 and 120. We do not break cartons or ship single pieces.
How do I check a Chinese wholesale site before ordering?
Four things are checkable before any money moves, and none of them requires trusting anybody. Is the price published per piece and per carton, or only «on request». Is the factory named on the product card. Is the certificate field left empty when nothing was supplied, rather than filled with a borrowed report. Is the carton quantity stated. A site that fails all four is not necessarily dishonest, but you are buying an answer rather than a price.
Do I need a company to order?
No. There is no registration requirement to see prices and no company requirement to order. Who we can and cannot supply is set out in full on the who-can-buy page rather than hidden in terms.
How much does it cost per piece?
The median across the whole catalogue is ¥9.30 a piece, 52% of items are under ¥10 and 92% under ¥50. By category the medians run from party decor at ¥2.30 and novelty toys at ¥2.40 up to building sets at ¥14.50 and radio-controlled at ¥28.80.
How long does delivery take?
Production to order runs 15–30 days, up to 45 in peak season, then 3–5 days for consolidation and acceptance inspection in China. Freight after that depends on the lane: air 1–15 days, rail 12–25 where a rail link exists, sea 2–45. Ranges for the 62 destinations are published.
Do you provide certificates?
When the factory supplied them. Across the catalogue 44,336 items carry at least one test certificate on file from the factory — REACH on 33,088, EN71 on 36,137, CPSIA on 25,955, ASTM F963 on 24,034. Where a card shows nothing, nothing was supplied, and we would rather show an empty field than a borrowed report.
