A 30–50% advance, the balance before shipment, after the photo and video report. Payment is made in USD directly to the seller, Yifeng Group (艺丰集团), in China, against its invoice.
Batch inspection
Quantity, item numbers, packaging, appearance and spot checks that the products work. If you do not accept the report — replacement or a refund of the advance for that item.
If there is a defect
A claim within 2 days of receipt, with photos or video. The acceptable defect rate is 2% of the batch; above it — replacement, refund or a discount as agreed. Refunds within 14 days.

We check the goods before dispatch. Each batch is inspected by our partner Yifeng at its warehouse in Chenghai (Shantou): quantity, item numbers, packaging, appearance and spot checks that the products work; you get the photos and video before dispatch. The balance is paid only after you confirm the report. If the inspection report shows a discrepancy and you do not accept it, we replace the item or refund the advance for that item. Shipments to CIS countries leave from the warehouse of our logistics partner 819 CARGO in Guangzhou (to Uzbekistan — with our partner Abu Sahiy Cargo); to all other countries — from the warehouse of our logistics partner YT in Guangzhou.
If you find a defect. Photograph or film the goods and the packaging and write to us within 2 days of receipt. We reply to a claim within 3 business days. What is the minimum order?
One box. Every product card shows the pieces per box and the price both per piece and per box — you build the batch yourself. Minimum order total 2,000 CNY (≈ $313), and no need to buy a full container.
Can I order directly from China from 1 box?
Yes. You pick the items, the cart calculates freight to your hub, and a manager confirms the batch before payment.
How long is delivery?
Almaty up to 12 days, Astana 12–14 days, from departure from our logistics warehouse in Guangzhou. Production comes first: 5–25 days depending on order volume.
Do you provide certificates?
Where an item already has a test report, you get it with the quotation. Across the whole catalogue 44,336 items carry at least one document on file; of the 55,454 items in our US shopping feed, 9,817 carry one that is not marked invalid. Where an item has none, testing for your market is arranged through the accredited AJT laboratory in Shantou, historically linked with the group’s founding family.
