Wholesale toys from China to Russia

Buy toys for a shop, a warehouse or a marketplace at the factory prices of Chenghai (Shantou). Each product card shows the price per piece and per carton, the pieces per carton and the manufacturer. Build an order from different items from 2,000 CNY in total; each item in whole factory cartons. Need a large quantity of one model — send the item number and the quantity: the factory will confirm the lead time and the price.

Choose a catalogue model for your logo or send your own project. The team in China will assess feasibility, the required order quantity, the cost of a sample and the production time for the batch. Indicative minimum order quantity — from 1,000 pcs of one model; for a specific product or a custom project the quantity is confirmed after assessment.

Logo and branded packaging. Your brand on the selected model, box design and set contents. Packaging and labelling are made in Russian, with space for the Chestny Znak code on the packaging.

Modifying an existing model. Your requirements for colour, materials, construction or set contents. Feasibility and the effect on price are confirmed after the factory’s assessment. Changes to the design or materials may require a separate conformity assessment.

A new product from your design or sample. Send a sketch, a 3D model, a technical brief or a physical sample. If a new mould is needed, its manufacture and cost are calculated separately. The development lead time is set after the technical assessment of the project; production of the batch after sample approval — 5–25 days depending on the volume.

Manufacturing with the customer’s mould. If you already have a mould, say so in the request. The team in China will ask for the technical data and check the mould’s compatibility with production. Handover of the mould, preparation for work and the terms of its use are agreed before the order is launched and fixed in the contract with the seller.

Sample. Paid sample — up to 7 days to make and dispatch when the required mould is already available; delivery of the sample to you is counted separately. New development or mould changes — timing after the project assessment. You see and hold the sample before the production run starts.

Russia is a member of the EAEU. Toys need a certificate of conformity under TR CU 008/2011 "On the safety of toys" and the EAC mark. The conformity document is required already at customs release — for toys in the list to the regulation (Decision No. 76 of the EEC Board of 26.08.2025, 55 HS codes for children under 14). The applicant for the certificate is the manufacturer, a person authorised by the manufacturer or the importer, registered in an EAEU member state; the certificate applies to the products and the applicant named in it. A valid EAEU certificate issued in another member state is also valid in Russia if it covers the selected goods. The certificate for your batch is issued to you as the applicant — a company or sole proprietorship registered in the EAEU; we provide the manufacturer’s documents and help arrange sample testing, including at the AJT laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025) in Chenghai. Factory or laboratory test reports do not replace a certificate on their own: the certification body decides the set of tests. Labelling and documentation for the toy are in Russian.

Chestny Znak codes (Russia only): since 1 December 2025, games and toys for children under 14 may be placed on the market only with Data Matrix codes (Government Decree No. 819 of 31.05.2025). This is a legal requirement for new imported batches: the codes are ordered by the importer — the first owner of the goods in Russia, registered in the Chestny Znak system — and applied before the customs declaration is filed; the code is linked to the declaration number when the goods are placed on the market. Exceptions — balloons, tricycles, samples not intended for sale, and some items from Annex 1 to TR CU 008/2011. Who acts as the importer for your shipment — your company or sole proprietorship, or, at your request, our logistics partner on its own contract — is agreed in the quote. Applying the codes to the packaging at the factory before dispatch is arranged on request and confirmed per order.

Cost guide (open offers on the Russian market as of 14.10.2026, not our price): a TR CU 008/2011 certificate for one model or a group of similar toys — from 13,000 to 70,000 RUB, 3 days to 3 weeks (sample price list, schemes 1c/2c/3c); a test report — from 10,000 RUB. A Chestny Znak code — RUB 0.50 excluding VAT per unit; registration in the system is free; an electronic signature — 1,500–6,500 RUB per year; GS1 RUS membership for your own GTIN — 3,000 RUB per year; applying codes at a warehouse in Russia — 3–7 RUB per unit. For visitors in Russia, prices are shown in Russian roubles (RUB). You can switch the display currency to CNY, USD or EUR. Payment is made in USD directly to the seller, Yifeng Group (艺丰集团), in China. If a USD transfer from Russia to China is difficult, payment can be made through our payment partners; we choose a convenient method when quoting your order. Payment in instalments. A 30–50% advance after the order is confirmed; the balance before shipment from the Guangzhou warehouse, once you have received the photo and video report on your cargo. Payment is made in USD directly to the seller, Yifeng Group (艺丰集团), in China. If a USD transfer from Russia to China is difficult, payment can be made through our payment partners; we choose a convenient method when quoting your order. Prices in local currencies are for reference only; payment in them is not accepted. The seller’s full details are given in the invoice and the contract.

We check the goods before dispatch. Each batch is inspected by our partner Yifeng at its warehouse in Chenghai (Shantou): quantity, item numbers, packaging, appearance and spot checks that the products work; you get the photos and video before dispatch. The balance is paid only after you confirm the report. If the inspection report shows a discrepancy and you do not accept it, we replace the item or refund the advance for that item. Shipments to CIS countries leave from the warehouse of our logistics partner 819 CARGO in Guangzhou.

If you find a defect. Photograph or film the goods and the packaging and write to us within 2 days of receipt. We reply to a claim within 3 business days. The acceptable defect rate is 2% of the batch; defects above it are compensated as agreed by both parties: replacement, refund or a discount on the next order. Refunds are paid within 14 days of the claim decision. Replacement shipping is at the seller’s expense.
