Glow goods are an event purchase: hundreds of pieces for one night. Prices are published per piece and per carton, the minimum is one carton per model, order total from 2,000 CNY, and the goods come from the factories that make them rather than from a reseller's warehouse.
Everything glowing is bought the same way — by the hundred, for a single evening, at a cost per piece that has to disappear into the ticket price. The only question that separates suppliers is how long the glow lasts and whether it is still bright when the event starts.
Two kinds are sold under the same name and they are not the same goods: chemical sticks that glow once, and battery or LED items that can be switched on again. The first are cheap and disposable, the second cost more and survive the season.
Selection
Chemical Sticks and LED Are Different Purchases
A chemical stick is activated by bending, glows for a few hours and is then finished. An LED bracelet or wand runs on a coin cell, can be switched on again and is worth carrying home. For a festival hand-out the first is the economics; for a resold item the second is.
Shelf life matters for the chemical kind: they age in storage even unopened, so buying a year's supply at once is false economy.

Batteries Change the Shipment
Anything with a cell inside is treated differently by carriers, especially by air. It is not a barrier — it is a question to settle before the order rather than at the border, and the answer depends on the battery type and the destination.
Rates and transit times are calculated by weight and volume; exact transit times are published for 62 destinations.

What light-up toys are available from China?
Glow sticks and bracelets, light-up wands and swords, LED spinners, illuminated balloons and badges, and battery-lit novelty items. In our catalogue they sit in the glow and novelty ranges, with a median around ¥1.62 a piece in the glow section — one of the cheapest things we carry, which is why it is bought by the hundred for evening events rather than by the piece.
How long do glow sticks last?
That depends on the formula and the factory, and we do not publish a single number because we have not measured every model. What we do publish is the factory name on each card, so a model that worked for you can be reordered from the same source.
When are they bought?
Evening events, Halloween, New Year and festivals — which means the order has to be counted backwards from the event, not from the decision. Golden Week on 1–7 October closes the factories in the middle of the autumn run-up.
What is the minimum order?
One factory carton of one model. The minimum order total is 2,000 CNY (≈ $313), so twenty models at one carton each is a valid order. We do not break cartons or ship single pieces.
How long does delivery take?
Production to order runs 15–30 days, up to 45 in peak season, then 3–5 days for consolidation and acceptance inspection in China. Freight after that depends on the lane: air 1–15 days, rail 12–25 where a rail link exists, sea 2–45.
Do you provide certificates?
When the factory supplied them. Across the catalogue 44,336 items carry at least one test certificate on file from the factory. Where a card shows nothing, nothing was supplied — we would rather show an empty field than a borrowed report.
