Halloween Supplier — Wholesale, by the Carton
A season that pays for the whole autumn — and punishes anyone who orders in September.
Open prices per unit and per carton. No registration, no sales rep, minimum order total 2,000 CNY (≈ $313), no company required — you can buy as an individual. Both prices — per unit and per carton — are open before you order.
Halloween is the clearest example in retail of a season that is won or lost in logistics. The goods are cheap, the margin is good and the demand is certain — and none of that helps if the cartons land in November.
What sells is not one hero product but a wall of small ones. A shopper picks up four things at the till because each costs almost nothing, which is exactly why the category is bought by the carton and priced by the piece.
Selection
What Actually Sells
Light-up lanterns and LED decorations, skulls and hanging skeletons, headbands and masks, non-woven pumpkin bags for trick-or-treating, prank and gag items, and costume accessories. The decorations sell to households in the two weeks before; the wearables sell in the last five days.
Most of it is in the ¥2 to ¥10 band — the range where a shopper stops comparing prices and starts counting items.
The only date that matters
Order in August, Not in September
Count backwards from 31 October, not forwards from your decision. Production to order runs 15–30 days, up to 45 in peak season, then 3–5 days for consolidation and acceptance inspection. Freight is the big block: sea to the United States 18–40 days, rail to Europe 12–22, air 5–12.
That arithmetic gives one honest answer. Sea has to leave China by the first half of August. Rail to Europe holds until early September. After the end of September only air still works, and by then air is at peak-season rates because everyone else is late too.
Golden Week, 1–7 October, closes the factories for a week — exactly when a late buyer is begging for production. Build it into the plan, not into the panic.
Where people ask from
Ordering from the Gulf and South-East Asia
Halloween is bought from further afield than most people assume, and the deadline is different in each place because the freight is. These are our own transit ranges, counted from the moment the consignment is handed to the carrier:
| Destination | Air | Sea | Sea order deadline for 31 October |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | 2–4 days | 5–10 days | early September |
| Philippines | 2–4 days | 6–12 days | early September |
| United Arab Emirates | 4–7 days | 15–22 days | mid-August |
| Qatar | 4–7 days | 16–24 days | mid-August |
| Saudi Arabia | 4–7 days | 16–24 days | mid-August |
| Kuwait | 4–7 days | 17–25 days | mid-August |
The deadline column already includes 15–30 days of production and 3–5 days of consolidation and acceptance inspection. None of these lanes has a rail option — there is no continuous track, and an empty rail cell in our tables is geography rather than missing data.
Ranges for the other 56 destinations are on the shipping page.
How it works
One Carton per Model
Pick models in the catalogue, we buy from the factories, consolidate and check the batch in China before it travels. Minimum order total 2,000 CNY (≈ $313): twenty models at one carton each is a valid order, and for a seasonal wall that is the right shape of order.
We do not break cartons or ship single pieces. Transit times are published for 62 destinations, so the shipping date can be counted rather than hoped for.

Selected Categories, Live Counts
Counts are pulled live from the catalogue on every page load — not a fixed figure typed in by hand.
