Before dispatch, each batch is inspected by our partner Yifeng at its warehouse in Chenghai (Shantou), and you get the photos and video. If you still find a defect, photograph or film the goods and the packaging and write to us within 2 days of receipt. We reply to a claim within 3 business days. The acceptable defect rate is 2% of the batch; defects above it are compensated as agreed by both parties: replacement, refund or a discount on the next order. Refunds are paid within 14 days of the claim decision. Replacement shipping is at the seller’s expense.
