Quantity, item numbers, packaging, appearance and spot checks that the products work. Photos and video before dispatch. If the report shows a discrepancy and you do not accept it, the item is replaced or the advance for that item is refunded.
If there is a defect
Write within 2 days of receipt with photos or video of the goods and packaging. We reply within 3 business days. The acceptable defect rate is 2% of the batch; above it, replacement, a refund or a discount on the next order is agreed by both parties. Refunds within 14 days of the claim decision. Replacement shipping is at the seller’s expense.

Each batch is inspected by our partner Yifeng at its warehouse in Chenghai (Shantou): quantity, item numbers, packaging, appearance and spot checks that the products work; you get the photos and video before dispatch. The balance is paid only after you confirm the report. If the inspection report shows a discrepancy and you do not accept it, we replace the item or refund the advance for that item. Shipments to CIS countries leave from the warehouse of our logistics partner 819 CARGO in Guangzhou (to Uzbekistan — with our partner Abu Sahiy Cargo); to all other countries — from the warehouse of our logistics partner YT in Guangzhou.
